You certainly have a big problem! Firstly, I think that you should sit down with your parents and talk about the problem.

I also think that when you speak with  them, you should ask them what they did when they were 16. You should tell your parents that your friend are responsible and good people. You should go out and have a good time with your friends.

In my opinion, Carla's family should give your permisition her to go out because, If she didn't go out she wouldn't live her life.
